Every single item undergoes a rigorous final inspection and continuous video recording (CCTV) prior to international dispatch. Due to the nature of our production and handling process, we apply a strict return and exchange policy as outlined below.[ Made-to-Order & Cancellation Restrictions ]All items are made-to-order. Production, including fabric allocation and cutting, begins immediately within 24 hours of order confirmation. Consequently, cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds due to a simple change of mind, event cancellations, or incorrect size selection are strictly unavailable once 24 hours have passed from the order time. [ Product Integrity and Handling Standards ]Due to the delicate nature of high-end wedding and traditional attire, even a single wear or trial can diminish the product’s value. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if there are any signs of wear, alteration, or contamination (including cosmetics, perfume, odors, or stains). [ Defective Items & Quality Assurance ]In the rare event that a clear, objective manufacturing defect is found upon arrival, we will exchange it for the exact same product, provided the item is unworn. How to Request an Exchange : You must contact our customer service team through our website inquiry board or via WhatsApp within three (3) days of delivery. The defect will be verified against our pre-shipment inspection footage. [ International Shipping & Costs]If an exchange is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, K-DRESS of BAEKSAEKJI will cover the necessary return shipping fees. Unapproved return packages sent without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and sent back at the sender's expense.
