Any unauthorized rental, commercial exploitation, or similar business activities without official brand consent are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that the use of purchased items for commercial rental purposes may lead to legal liability.

1:1 Made-to-Order Policy

As each piece is individually handcrafted upon order, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, size dissatisfaction, or personal fit preferences are not possible once 24 hours have passed from the time of order or after production has commenced.

Non-Returnable After Use 

Due to hygiene standards and the delicate nature of the fabrics, wedding and Hanbok dresses cannot be resold once worn (even once). Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for defects discovered after the item has been worn. Please inspect your garment immediately upon delivery.

Fabric Characteristics

Foil & Glitter Fabrics: Due to the nature of the material, minor shedding or slight surface abrasions may occur during initial wear. These are characteristic of the fabric and are not considered defects.

Light-Colored Fabrics: Due to the weave of light-colored textiles, microscopic dots or faint dust particles may be visible. These occur naturally during the production process and are not grounds for a return.

Natural Silk Features: Premium natural silk may feature slubs (texture variations) or slight thread inconsistencies. These are inherent properties of natural fibers.

Color Accuracy: Actual colors and luster may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and monitor settings. This is not considered a defect.

We operate a zoned shipping system that comprehensively evaluates global logistics, distance, and volumetric weight to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your products.

Standard Carrier : Korea Post EMS

- Zone 1 (Asia): 50.00 USD

- Zone 2 (North America, Europe, Oceania): 90.00 USD

- Zone 3 (South America, Africa, Islands, etc.): 130.00 USD

Customs & Import Duties

Product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other import-related taxes incurred in the destination country. All taxes incurred during customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, and the brand is not liable for customs delays or disadvantages resulting from unpaid taxes.

Refused Delivery & Shipping Failure

If a product is returned due to the customer's refusal to receive it because of unpaid customs duties, or due to an incorrect address or contact information, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping fees and associated return costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund, and the buyer assumes responsibility for any shipping failures.

International Exchange & Return Restrictions

Due to the high round-trip shipping costs and complex customs procedures inherent to international shipping, exchanges and returns for "change of mind" or "size dissatisfaction" are effectively impossible. Please ensure you check the detailed size guide before ordering. However, if a defect in the product itself is confirmed, please contact our customer center within 3 days of receipt for further guidance according to the proper procedures.

Production & Delivery Timeline

All BAEKSAEKJI products are 1:1 made-to-order, taking approximately 2–4 weeks or more for production after payment is completed. International shipping following production may take an additional 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination country's customs situation and delivery environment. If you have an important event scheduled, please ensure you place your order with sufficient time to spare.

▪ Eligible for Exchange/Return

Exchanges or returns are only permitted if the product delivered is different from what was ordered or if there is a verified manufacturing defect caused by our error. Please contact us via the 1:1 Inquiry Board, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note: Minor loose threads or faint dust on white garments are more visible than on other colors and are not considered manufacturing defects.

(The entire packaging process is recorded via CCTV to ensure accuracy and quality.)

▪ Garment Care & Handling

Our products are made from specialized fabrics and may be damaged if washed or stored like regular clothing.

Care instructions vary by material. Please contact us in advance for specific guidance.

Damage caused by failure to follow care and storage instructions is not eligible for exchange, refund, or free repair.

When using professional dry-cleaning services, please ensure they are experienced with delicate couture or traditional garments.

Caution! Fabrics may snag or tear on fingernails, jewelry, or rough surfaces.

All products undergo a rigorous inspection before dispatch. Minor variations occurring during the handmade process are not considered defects and are not eligible for free exchange or return.
